I always come up with real life examples that pictures the future after graduation. I try to put them in a context of tomorrow and involve them as much as possible so they could understand that the learning and the experience I share is something they will benefit from .Storytelling istorytelling is the best technique I found to illustrate Delicate situations they will be exposed to and how they could manage to deal with. Once I get them focused and involved in the process nothing in the world can be rewarding as the sparkles in their eye and the thank you I get at the end of the class.
