About Maya
I am a second year university student studying Science and Arts. I scored highly in both Mathematical Methods and Specialist Maths in Year 12 and attained a High Distinction in first year maths at university. I am a very patient and friendly person. Although I haven't tutored professionally before, I've often helped my younger brother with maths and have worked as a nanny and babysitter for 5 years.

I love helping students at any level of competency. My lessons would be structured first on getting to know the student and how they best learn, and then focusing on the areas they most struggle with. Depending on how attentive the student is, I'd give them short breaks or switch activities accordingly to make sure they were kept engaged.
