About Anan
I am a professional Arabic sweets maker working in a dessert factory in Saudi Arabia, with daily hands-on experience in preparing Kunafa, Maamoul, pastries, macaroni-based desserts, and many traditional Arabic sweets at a production level.
My work is not based on home cooking, but on real factory standards where precision, consistency, temperature control, and correct techniques are essential. This practical experience allows me to teach students the exact methods used in professional dessert production, ensuring reliable and repeatable results.

My teaching is based on professional factory production methods rather than home-style cooking. I provide pre-recorded, high-quality video lessons filmed from my real workspace, where I demonstrate every step of the dessert preparation clearly and in detail.
Students follow the videos step by step, then share their results with me. I provide personalized feedback and corrections to help them reach the correct texture, taste, color, and consistency. This way, students do not only copy a recipe, but understand the correct technique and avoid common mistakes.
Each lesson is designed to be clear, structured, and practical, usually equivalent to 60–90 minutes of learning time. Students can watch the videos at their own pace and repeat them as needed, while I follow up with them closely during their practice.
I work in a dessert factory in Saudi Arabia and have extensive hands-on experience in Kunafa, Maamoul, pastries, macaroni-based desserts, and many traditional Arabic sweets. I teach both home-level preparation and production methods for small businesses.
