Teaching since the age of 25. I am a Yoga Therapist with over 17 years of teaching yoga. I believe that yoga keeps you young and supple. It is the key to longevity. Learning to practice yoga for your body type is the secret to living without pain and body aches. Yoga is the natural tool for so many health imbalances.
