I'm an Ayurvedic doctor, spreading awareness about a healthy lifestyle and teaching people about weight loss and relaxation by the power of the subconscious mind as I have degrees in nutrition and health management life coach plus therapeutic art life coach.

About the lesson

I teach online and offline, with one phone counseling. Group or individual practices on daily basis on WhatsApp which will be of 7 days course providing all the methodology to help yourself to heal. It includes all the age groups.
