About Gloria
My love for math and science started as a child, in the kitchen with a workbook called “100 and 1 science experiments to do at home.” I love to experiment and play and use what I’ve learned in real world applications.
I am deeply committed to continuous personal and professional growth, constantly seeking new insights and understanding in various fields. This passion for learning fuels my ability to connect with students and create a dynamic educational space. My aim is to not only teach mathematics but to also instill a love for learning in my students, nurturing their potential and guiding them towards academic success with a blend of professional rigor and explorative curiosity.

As a Construction Project Manager and Math Tutor, my teaching style is uniquely vibrant and engaging, crafted to spark a love for math in students from elementary to high school. I create a nurturing and fun learning environment, where young minds feel comfortable to explore, question, and discover.
For the younger ones, I use colorful visuals and games, turning math concepts into playful adventures. As students grow, I blend more sophisticated problems with stories and examples from my construction days, showing them how math shapes buildings and bridges.
My lessons are sprinkled with anecdotes from the construction world, highlighting the practical and sometimes surprising applications of math. This approach not only makes math relatable but also opens students’ eyes to its real-world impact, particularly in fields like construction.
My goal is to build not just mathematical skills, but also a sense of wonder and possibility. I want my students, regardless of their age, to see math not as a mere subject, but as a tool to build, create, and imagine – just like in the world of construction.
