About Lola
Lolo created the brand name Soaring Serenity Yoga after completing her 200 hr RYT at the Holistic Yoga School near Loveland CO in 2021. The name is very well representative of the feelings her practice brings forth by cultivating ease into our beings. Dancing is a passion that led to her journeying towards Yoga more deeply. She recognizes each of our temples are sacred and should be celebrated through authenticity. She transitioned to being more yoga oriented these past few years because of the benefits of the practice and how they've changed her entire outlook on life. Yoga is a way to blow off steam & let go of all that is not serving our highest good. Her goal is to help guide others back toward their inner truth and work towards living in an abundance of love & bliss by releasing the old ways (that aren't working for you) to call forth the new.

Starting with meditation to zone into the practice by learning Mudras (hand symbols) and an intentional focus to bring about mindfulness. Transitioning to a Hatha (all level) yoga flow to integrate the souls wisdom into the physical body through stretching, strengthening, and bringing forth self awareness through visualization and immersion.
