About Emily
I'm a current junior at Carnegie Mellon University majoring in Biological and Psychological Sciences and am on the premed track. I tutored students my age and younger than me all through high school, and have had previous students reach out to me for continued help after I left for college. Hearing how well someone does on an exam after I tutor them is one of the most rewarding things I've experienced.

My teaching method involves not only aiding students learn course material, but also helping them find what learning strategies and study techniques will help them succeed after I stop tutoring them. I also place emphasis on learning proper study habits, organizational skills, and note taking practices for during class to make learning easier and more enjoyable in general. I can tutor students as young as middle schoolers and as advanced as college students.
