Hi, I'm Sofia and I am a Biology graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students understand and enjoy my subject. Having studied Biology at university level and achieving a 2:1, I am confident in delivering tailored support up to A-Level standard. Whether you're aiming to boost your grades, build exam confidence, or deepen your understanding of complex topics, my approach is always encouraging, and adaptable. I take a clear and supportive approach to tutoring, using diagrams, real-world examples, and exam-style questions to simplify complex biological concepts. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and tailored to each student's level ranging from Key Stage 3 to A-level. I hold a 2:1 Biology BSc (Hons) from Newcastle University and have experience supporting peers during my studies. I was also a Biology prefect in school and have experience running Biology help clinics for younger students. My aim is to build students' confidence, strengthen their understanding, and help them achieve their academic targets.
