About Greeshma
I am a biotechnologist with a master's degree and also a chemist. I as such have no teaching experience at a professional level. But in my bachelor's, I volunteered for a teaching program for slum area kids and gave them tuitions for a week. I have a good grip on English and can fluently speak English, Hindi as well as Marathi.

Firstly I try to know the understanding capacity of my students and then plan out my teaching pattern. First i try to give some day to day example regarding the topic so that student wont be completely blank about the topic and will have some basic idea. Also i try to give some examples to simplify the topic so that students would be able to correlate it with the topic. This helps them understand the main concept of the topic. So once students get an idea what they are about to learn I will introduce them with new terms and try to go deeper in the topic making them understand it. After I finish it i may ask some logic based ...brainy questions to know if the. Students have understood the main essence of the topic.
