About Maia
My fascination with Biology began with observing natural ecosystems and cellular processes, which led me to pursue an M.Sc in Environmental and Cellular Biology. Over 7 years of teaching, I have developed a structured, patient, and engaging approach that helps learners build both conceptual understanding and practical competence. I focus on visual aids, stepwise explanations, and hands-on examples to make learning interactive and memorable. I encourage students to think critically, ask questions, and explore independently, fostering deep comprehension. Outside teaching, I participate in environmental research, laboratory studies, and scientific literature review. Integrating these experiences into lessons keeps content current and practical. Watching students develop analytical skills, curiosity, and mastery in biology is deeply fulfilling.
