About Ricky
Completing a BS Biology at the University of Maryland shifted my perspective from lab work to explaining complex processes. I have 3 years of teaching experience, helping students grasp microbiology, the circulatory system, mitosis, and meiosis. My approach centers on protein synthesis, photosynthesis, respiration, evolution, natural selection, the scientific method, plant biology, and immunology basics.
I identify when a student is struggling rather than ignoring the gap. Clarity makes this work satisfying.

Pacing matters more than speed. I start with past -paper walkthrough every session to ground theoretical concepts in reality.
My background at the University of Maryland informs how I translate difficult topics into manageable sequences. 3 years of refining these explanations ensures the material sticks.
I never rush. Real progress happens when we finish the task at hand. You deserve straightforward feedback. Results define my process.
