About Harrison
I am a US Navy veteran having 11 years as a combat medic. I have a Masters in Biotechnology specializing in Biosecurity and Biodefense where much of my research was in biological threats used as weapons and infectious diseases. My thesis was a research in high-tech portable biological water-testing device capable of use in austere environments for use by an US Military expeditionary force.

I am new to teaching in a traditional classroom, however, while in the military, I was in charge of medical skills didactic training and provided emergency medicine skills to a medical unit made up of 30 service members. I also provided training on medical administrative work such as how to prepare medical exam notes to include the patient's main complaints, the miedics observations including critical tests and a knowledgable diagnosis supported by a Medical Officer's diagnosis.
