About Vivek
I am a navodayan and have pursued civil engineering. I have taught at many places while campaigning for SEWA (NGO) and alot of private tuitions as well. Currently , i am engaged in my job , but , teaching as my hobby , I want to teach children so that they could make their own way out of cramming mindsets.

My teaching methodology is to ,first of all, let the child and be comfortable with you . You should be frank , although not too much.
Try to know the weakest link ( if any) and clear the basics .There is no short cut for learning , hence , thorough practice is the key goal including ethical standards. Eventually , turning him into a human resource .
