About Krystal
My name is Krystal, and I’m a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for helping others navigate anxiety and cultivate self-love. Having personally struggled with anxiety, I understand how overwhelming it can feel, and yoga has been an incredible tool in my journey towards healing. I want to share this practice with others to help them find calm, clarity, and confidence. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and self-compassion, I hope to create a safe space where students can reconnect with themselves and learn to manage stress and anxiety. My goal is to empower others to embrace their worth and nurture their mental and emotional well-being through yoga.
