About Jessica
About Me My name is Jessica, and yoga found me during a time when I was struggling with chronic back pain. What started as a physical practice soon became a gateway to emotional healing, inner strength, and transformation. In 2013, inspired by my two children, I completed a certification in children’s yoga a beautiful and enriching experience that deepened my passion for sharing these teachings. That path led me to pursue a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016, with specializations in Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Over the years, I’ve embraced many styles and approaches to the practice. I believe that every person is unique, and every class whether it’s dynamic or restorative should honor that uniqueness. My goal is to create space for healing, movement, breath, and connection. But my work doesn’t stop at the physical postures. I also offer guided meditation, breathing techniques, and mindfulness tools to support emotional and spiritual well-being. These practices have helped me personally and I’ve seen their power to shift lives. As a Latina, I bring warmth, cultural depth, and heartfelt authenticity into every session. Whether you’re looking for a space to move, to breathe, or simply to be, I would be honored to walk with you on this journey body, mind, and soul.
