About Sarah
I embarked on my own yogic journey of self discovery in 2018, which braced for an incredibly difficult year ahead. The skills and techniques I learnt were so beneficial I've been passionate about sharing them ever since. I particularly enjoy welcoming complete newbies on this amazing journey, as I know it can be daunting if you've never stepped inside a yoga studio before. I will provide you with the confidence to feel comfortable taking your journey further, either online or at your local studio.

With a passion for yogic philosophy and and understanding of the balance between the physical and metaphysical aspects of yoga, my classes will encourage you push your own personal limitations, within and without. A typical 1-hour class covers 45 minutes of physical practice followed by 15 minutes of breathwork, meditation and relaxation for a complete Hatha Yoga practice.
