I am a trained yoga and naturopathy instructor who can help you with ailments like chronic back pain, acne, constant fevers, depression, anxiety, and so on.

Learning about naturopathy is quite necessary as we tend to forget how to take care of our own bodies.
In the technical sense, we do not stretch or exercise enough to take care of our bodily needs. In order to do that, I will be teaching how to treat oneself against chronic diseases with Yoga and naturopathy.
These classes are not just for medical students or people pursuing medicine, but also for patients with medical ailments who are tired of treatments involving drugs.
The syllabus will include all yoga poses, how naturopathy works, and ways to benefit oneself from it.
