About Varsha
I'm a yoga trainer who loves taking sessions and help people find their true inner self. I have been doing yoga for the past 6 years and have become a certified yoga trainer from Pune University. I want my students to understand the true meaning of becoming a yogi and by saying that I mean to make their thoughts and beliefs in sync with their atman.

I conduct classes as per my lesson plans. I'm open to taking classes for people from different groups. Be it age wise or physical and mental capability wise. I'm truly passionate about yoga and believe in sharing my knowledge in the truest form of authentic yoga rather than the glamorized forms like power yoga and hot yoga.
