About Efi
Hi, I’m Efi
I’m a certified Reiki healer/teacher, a Kundalini Activation facilitator, an Innerdance facilitator, and a meditation guide with 5 years of experience supporting people through personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. I create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore, reflect, and gain clarity at your own pace.
My approach is gentle, practical, and nervous-system–informed, focused on helping you feel grounded, empowered, and supported throughout your journey. Whether you’re just starting or already exploring self-growth, my sessions are open to everyone, no matter your experience.
I look forward to supporting you and helping you feel more confident, calm, and connected to yourself.

My approach is one of support and presence: I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and regain a sense of control. I open the door—you decide when and how to step through. My sessions are open to everyone, no matter your experience or background.
Each session begins with a brief discussion and questions to understand your current state and intentions. We then move into the session itself, followed by a short reflection at the end to explore insights, realizations, or breakthroughs.
