I am a certified Life coach Trained through ILS in where I have established myself in the arena of performance. I have combined the tools and knowledge as a life coach with the insight of my Psychology degree to create solutions focused sessions with the aim of realising personal potential and power.

Coaching is the specialized practice of holding solution-focused conversations. Coaching supports a client’s being able to access insights and solutions from within themselves, moving into positive, proactive and clearly defined action that aids them in achieving their potential in the area of their goals or objectives.
In this way I as a coach will not give you any advice on what you should or should not do, rather we will work together by digging into your purpose, your intuition as well as mending mind-sets.
In this way, you are able to create action plans which are your own and based on what you need to achieve in a personal or professional life. This is accomplished through a number of different exercises and practices while taking on the power that responsibility brings into your life.
