Every session is tailored to your individual goals, whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, lose weight, relieve back or neck pain, reduce stress, improve posture, or simply develop a healthier lifestyle.
Each session may include:
• Gentle warm-up and mobility exercises
• Traditional yoga asanas with proper alignment
