About Tiffany
I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher with education in methodized mixed movement (pilates-HIIT hybrid) with certification in prenatal and postnatal yoga.
As someone who has experienced trauma, yoga has helped me to understand the importance of noticing. As survivors, we may feel as though we are merely visitors in our own bodies and I hope to cultivate a space where you can find familiarity in sensations, softness in discomfort, and strength in the physical, mental, and subtle body.

Approach:

- Offering variations and modifications to make yoga an approachable and accessible practice.
Classes are designed specifically to meet your needs in any of the following areas:
- Anyone wanting to continue yoga practice during and after pregnancy.
- Mental, emotional clarity
- Mobility for tightness and injuries
- Relaxation for the body-mind
- Strengthening and toning
- Breathwork
- Turning inwards through meditation and breath
- Habitual muscle tensing
Class Description:
- A gentle conversation about your concerns over the past week and anything on your mind.
- Several variations offered through each pose, whether that is holding a pose or different ways to enter/exit a pose.
- A practice that can be used both on and off the mat.
1-1 Private Lesson: $50 / 1 hour session
Group Instruction: $60-$80 / 1 hour session
Credentials:
Registered Yoga Teacher - 200 Hours
Methodized Fitness Training - 20 Hours
Prenatal & Postnatal - 20 Hours

Tiffany has such a calming presence, taking her classes always feels like such a wonderful treat for my body and mind.
