About Riya
I’m a certified yoga teacher from Rishikesh, India — the birthplace of yoga. My purpose is to help people reconnect with their bodies, release emotional tension, and find peace through mindful movement and breath. My classes combine traditional Hatha and restorative yoga with a gentle, healing approach — designed especially for those struggling with stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, or loss of inner connection. Each session is personalized with asanas, pranayama, and meditation, allowing you to feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced — both physically and emotionally. I believe yoga is not just about flexibility, but about returning home to yourself.
