Each 60-minute virtual class is strictly personalized to your fitness level. We start with a mindful warm-up, move into ballet-inspired strength exercises for grace and tone, and conclude with deep yoga stretches. You will develop the long, lean aesthetic of a dancer while achieving mental clarity. No ballet barre or previous experience is required—just your mat and a commitment to your well-being.
