My classes emphasize on importance of proper alignments, pranayama breathing techniques and mindfulness. I like to focus on consistent improvement of the practitioners in terms of strength, stamina and flexibility and can offer modifications to advanced postures to allow the practioner reach their potential and deepen the practice.
