About Ashley
I am a yoga teacher, medical science student, and former competitive dancer of 14 years. Ever since I was 14 years old I have been an assistant in teaching young dancers Ballet. Last November, I worked as a Youth Ballet and Gymnastics teacher, and had also taught a barre fitness class for adults. Alongside my many years of dance, I grew an immense attraction to Yoga and decided to get my certification so I could share my passion of Yoga with others.
