I am a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with a strong interest in promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I have good knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques, and I focus on teaching with proper alignment and simple methods that are easy to understand.
I believe yoga is not just exercise but a way to improve both physical and mental well-being. My goal is to help students reduce stress, increase flexibility, and build strength in a natural and safe way.

I provide personalized yoga classes for beginners to intermediate level students with a focus on flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation. My sessions include warm-up, asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation (meditation) to ensure complete body and mind balance.
Each class is designed according to the student’s needs such as weight loss, stress relief, body toning, or general fitness. I maintain a friendly and supportive environment so that students feel comfortable and motivated.
Classes are available in both online and offline mode with proper guidance on posture, alignment, and breathing techniques. Regular practice will help improve your overall health, confidence, and lifestyle
