About Smriti
My name is Smriti Agarwal. I am RYS certified yoga teacher with 200hrs of Teacher training. I have been teaching yoga to various age groups from all backgrounds. I work with students to achieve their various fitness goals from deep relaxation, meditation, building flexibility, strength to stress relief, recovery from injuries, etc. My classes include various breathwork techniques, flow of asanas and relaxations/meditations.
