About Aravindhan
I'm a longtime yogi with around 20 years of practice under my belt. Over this period I have learned a lot about how the human body works, how to take care of it and when it needs attention. This journey has helped reshape my perspective on physical & mental health and how yoga can lead to an improved quality of life.
I am excited to share the knowledge I have gained over the years from personal practice as well as other experienced yogis that I have had the privilege to learn from, while leaving a positive impact on my students.

My goal of teaching yoga involves improving overall quality of life through movement and breathing. This consequently helps students eliminate every day stressors and achieve a balanced physical and mental health. I have experience with Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa yoga.
I have a keen eye that helps me ensure the students are able to push themselves in a safe manner. I'm able to identify specific needs of students depending on their physical ability and offer a carefully controlled progression to achieve their goals.
