I establish a non judgemental environment for my students wherein they can talk about anything and everything with me. My classes consist of 60 mins which focuses on flexibility, stamina-endurance, strength and core in asanas concluding with relaxation techniques. Every class brings out the best in you in terms of your mental and physical health. These classes are designed for ages 18 and above. The whole aim of my classes is to motivate each and every person towards this stress free and a healthy lifestyle.
