I am a qualified Yoga Teacher with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Yoga and over 6 years of teaching experience. I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, with a personalized approach for every student. My goal is to make yoga simple, enjoyable and sustainable while helping you improve flexibility, strength, mobility, posture, breathing and overall well-being. Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning to practice, preparing for motherhood or looking for a consistent wellness routine, I create supportive sessions around your individual needs and goals.
