About Aakanksha
I am a certified yoga practitioner trained in Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. My journey with yoga has helped me understand the importance of mindful movement, breath awareness, and consistency in practice. I enjoy teaching in a calm and supportive manner, allowing students to progress at their own pace while building strength, flexibility, and stability. I believe yoga is not just about postures but about creating balance in daily life. My aim is to make yoga feel safe, approachable, and beneficial for both beginners and regular practitioners.

I focus on correct alignment, breath awareness, and gradual progress, making the practice safe and effective for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Yoga Nidra is included to deeply relax the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore inner balance. Sessions can be conducted online with mindful guidance.
