About Srishti
Hi I am Srishti Mittal. I am a 20 year old student living in Melbourne, Australia. I am very fond of doing Yoga and love to learn about ancient history of Yoga. I completed my teacher training in India from Ludhiana and Rishikesh. I like to teach Yoga because it is the most beautiful way to connect to the divine.

Hi My teaching method is simple and easy to understand. I teach various styles of Yoga in a holistic way. I teach online 1 to 1 classes for all age groups and levels. I try to cover all aspects of Yoga including Asana, meditation, mindfulness, Pranayama , healing Philosophy etc I like to add variations and modifications to the poses. If you are looking for beginning your journey in Yoga, I would love to welcome you to my online classes
