About Sangeeta
Namaste! I’m Sangeeta, a qualified Yoga teacher from Banswara Rajasthan, India. I hold a Master’s degree in Yoga and a PG Diploma in Yoga from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth. I completed my Master’s in 2023 and my PG Diploma in 2020.
I have over 5 years of experience teaching Yoga under the AYUSH Department, Government of Rajasthan. During my teaching experience, I have worked with different age groups, with particular experience teaching school students and women.
I teach Yoga in a simple, structured and supportive way. My sessions can include Yoga asanas, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Flow, Pranayama, meditation, relaxation and other traditional Yoga practices according to the student's level and goals.
I conduct personalized online Yoga classes in Hindi and English for beginners and students of different levels. My aim is to help each student develop a safe, consistent and enjoyable Yoga practice according to their individual needs and comfort.

I offer personalized 60-minute online Yoga classes in Hindi and English for beginners, intermediate students and different age groups.
Each session is structured according to the student's level, goals, comfort and experience. Classes may include Yoga asanas, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Flow, Pranayama, meditation, relaxation, Yoga Nidra and other suitable Yoga practices.
I provide step-by-step guidance and focus on proper technique, comfortable movement, breathing and consistency. I have experience teaching different groups, especially school students and women, and I can adapt the sessions according to individual needs.
Classes are conducted through Google Meet and are available as both one-to-one and group sessions.
Whether you are completely new to Yoga or want to improve your existing practice, I will help you build a structured and sustainable Yoga routine from the comfort of your home.

Details
Each online Yoga session is 60 minutes long and is conducted through Google Meet. I offer both one-to-one and group classes in Hindi and English.
The regular fee is ₹300 per hour. I also offer 5-hour and 10-hour packages. The first 60-minute introductory class is free.
Classes are personalized according to the student's level, goals, experience and comfort. Students only need a Yoga mat, suitable clothing and enough space to practice safely at home.
Online sessions are suitable for beginners as well as students who already have experience with Yoga.
