About Analia

In my experience as a teacher I have realized that every day we continue learning and adding experiences, with each person, each situation, each injury or present challenge. So I invite you to try with each case a new experience, a new learning and knowledge of yourself, your body, your mind. Learn to manage your impulses, anxiety, discover the peace, love and abundance that is inside you. With meditation practices, postures and pranayama (breathing) we will take our body, mind and spirit to another level, thus finding the health and well-being we need, being aware of ourselves here and now !!

I am a certified yoga teacher. Through my teachings, I will share my experiences, knowledge and skills, taking you to a state of genuine awareness of your mind, body and spirit. With continuous practice, commitment and discipline, we will balance our physical, mental and emotional health, achieving the change you are looking for, achieving the balance and happiness of each day.
