I have been working as a lecturer since the past two years with specialization in physical and inorganic chemistry. I don't believe in rote learning. Drilling down the concepts to the simplest possible level and relating them to real-life examples makes you understand and retain it better.
I believe each student is unique. I am known for understanding student psychology and drafting the perfect method for each one of them.
