Initial Assessment: First session with me is all about knowing you and your rhythm. Each session from here on are 50 to 80 minutes.
Expert Alignment & Safety: Learn exactly how to move your body safely to avoid injury and maximize benefits, guided by a Master of Yoga Therapy.
Authenticity: Experience true Indian yoga, incorporating Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), and Dhyana (meditation).
Results-Oriented: Every practice session is tailored towards your goals and achieving tangible improvements.
