About Logan
While never formally teaching lessons, I have on many occasions informally sat down to help with many of my classmates and had many individuals ask me for help outside of classes. Even as an elementary school student in an after school daycare program, I spent all of my time helping others with homework. Many of those I helped achieved excellent grades, and personally I have excelled in every math or physics class I've taken throughout high school and actively sought to help those around me who struggled with the content.

I'm an 18 year old passionate in math who enjoys helping others when they struggle with the content. Personally, in the countless times throughout elementary, middle and high school I have sat down with students to help, the methodology I utilized for teaching was to first understand the student's personal understanding of the content at question. From there, I use an example problem and walk slowly through the steps of the problem with the student and figure out next steps from their understanding. Hands-on learning works very effectively from what I have seen.
