About Seth
I am a senior in college about to graduate and go into nursing school. I have extensive experience in public speaking and professional development, teaching upwards of 120 students in a session. I am in my second publication, and am working on building my professional experience in Personal Training. These things have enabled me to build creative endeavor, life coaching skills, and health & wellness expertise.

My teaching method is relationship-based. Since this is life-coaching, we will have opening sessions to figure out what your goals are and where you would like to be in any given time-frame. If you do not have any specific vision or goals, that will also be a main focus so that we can get you engaged and excited about your life. I primarily focus on high-school students desiring to find direction as they prepare for college, as well as college students preparing to launch into their careers.
