About Awab
Hi, I'm Awab and I offer tutoring as a college student. I got into it via the CPP, which allowed me to skip a few years of high school. I had a 4.0 unweighted GPA at my charter school, along with a 3.73 unweighted at Irvine Virtual Academy. I received gold at the A division regional finals as a 6th grader at Science Olympiad, along with participation awards at the B division and at National History Day.
Having taught someone with dyscalculia, it has taught me how to communicate with a student and how they learn. Instead of fixating them onto one way, to teach them how they retain information the best.

Three reasons to choose me is that I've taught a person with dyscalculia. This is a condition which makes it hard for children to learn math, the same way dyslexia makes it hard for people to understand English. I still continue to do active research of curriculum changes, so that your kids still receive relevant help. Lastly is that I try to give them a head start on subjects relevant to their passion and future job. This sets the victory line not at passing a class, but excelling and maintaining that passion within the stress of school.
