About Gopika
I am pursuing MA English Literature from EFLU Hyderabad. I have presented papers in 4 online conferences, and two of my academic papers are awaiting publication, after peer review. I have hosted the poetry session of Ensemble, EFLU's annual literary festival, which featured the poets Keki Daruwalla and Satchidanandan. My special forte is poetry, both English and Malayalam. I write poetry in both these languages, and have published 50 poems under the title Golden Feathers, with Melinda Publishers.

I encourage students to voice the text, give it a personality of their own, and thus explore the literature and language through interactive methods. I take classes from school level to degree level, for whichever the age of student be, I believe what matters is making them fall in love with the language and the story, and the rest, as they say, is history. I start with the reading of the text, give students the relevant background info through ppt, and then move into detailed analysis, gathering student's inputs, as well as sharing with them mine and other critics' views on the text. I give online classes, either through Google Meet or Zoom.
