I emphasize application, not just comprehension, to create a well-rounded biology student. The design of my lesson plans will be based on the timeline of the current course you are enrolled in but I am happy to adjust to your academic needs!
Understanding how biological ideas have been discovered and learning how to develop your own hypotheses/experiments is crucial to any scientific career. With the limited time frame and volume of material that courses need to cover, laboratory techniques and their value can easily be overlooked but they are fundamental to success in a science course.
