I’m a manager and butcher in a full animal butcher shop in Las Vegas NV,
My true passion is food but I’ve fallen in love with this craft.
It’s hard for me to stay out of the kitchen but I’ll never cook professionally again, next best and/or even better is to teach others how to make amazing food!
