On top of focusing on academic performance I make sure to check in on students mentally about their academic and personal life. This is mostly overlooked but there are other factors in the lives of individuals that may impact how they perform in school. Maintaining professionalism in all my sessions is important to me while ensuring that both students and parents feel confident.

A typical lesson plan would start off reviewing what was covered in the previous lesson and then building off of that to introduce a new topic.
