About MI [Yoga]
As your private yoga teacher, we focus on your needs. I will bring mindfulness, loving kindness, fierce self-compassion techniques to our yoga sessions to help your overall wellness. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2013 and completed my yoga teacher certification in 2019. Since then I’ve completed courses on acceptance and commitment therapy, functional wellness, functional range of motion, meditation and mindfulness certificates, and functional mobility and strengthening. Bringing all this knowledge and experience to our sessions to optimiza your care.
