About Kayla
Hello my name is Kayla Cardillo and I am so excited to possibly be working with you! I am a high school student at one of the top high schools in the country where I am an IB Diploma candidate and have taken various AP courses. Additionally, all of my courses that are not IB or AP are honors level. I have been tutoring students since 9th grade and have been able to help students with various problems and various learning styles. I can't wait to work with you!

I am a student as well which aids me in teaching content in a way that K-12 students can understand. I have tutored a wide range of students in my own school who all learned in various ways (all of which I was able to adapt to). Usually I teach by doing practice problems to assess proficiency level and then teach the content through application rather than a typical lecture. These lessons are for anyone who is trying to learn math up to calculus (elementary school, middle school, algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, statistics, and precalculus) or any type of pre-high school science/ high school level biology.
