Methodology

At present, I give lessons to students ranging from the ages of three to twenty five. However, I am available to teach students of different abilities, needs and ages ranging from nursery level to university level.
Each lesson will be personally designed to cater for the individual needs of each student and will also incorporate a fun range of activities both practical and cognitive.

Experience

I am a MA student in the field of education, early years and disability studies.
I have over eight years of teaching experience and also that of being an SEN support worker.
My students have achieved qualifications ranging from primary certificates to university degrees (bachelors).

Care Assistant- Martins Trust Care Home for Adults with Profound Cognitive and Physical Disabilities’.
My responsibilities consisted of;
Organising age and developmental appropriate activities for both individual service-users and groups of service users.
Administering and handling the use of medication and food thickeners/ thinners.
Assisting with feeding and basic hygiene.
Aromatherapy.
Daily documentation and record keeping.
Physical assistance.

Charity Events and Street Promoter- British Heart Foundation
My responsibilities consisted of;
Raising awareness about the charity.
Providing help and support to those individuals who were affected by such issues.
Organising activities to promote the charity.
