NAMASTE! My name is Juliana, I am a Hatha Yoga teacher, a practitioner for 5 years and certified by Yoga Alliance USA since 2020 when I graduated as a teacher during an immersive experience during my stay in Nepal. Let us together discover peace and strengthen the body and mind with the benefits of Yoga. With online classes and presences in Rio de Janeiro :)

Hatha yoga is one of the most popular forms of yoga. The practice is designed to calm the mind and help to reflect. The term "hatha" is a Sanskrit word and means strength. It combines postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation focusing on balancing the chakras, strengthening and stretching the muscles, increasing body awareness and improving posture, sleep, and mood. Let's practice! ONLINE CLASSES You will only need a cell phone or computer with internet access, space where you can move around freely and a rug, mat or something to practice comfortably. PREVIOUS CLASSES You can choose a comfortable space in your home or we can practice in open environments such as beaches, squares and park always respecting and following all the WHO (World Health Organization) safety rules against Covid-19.
