About Lea
I’m Lea, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher from Germany. For the past eight years, I’ve been teaching yoga classes and contributing to yoga teacher trainings, supporting students from all backgrounds in creating a deeper connection with themselves through mindful movement, breath and awareness.
I offer private and group classes that are thoughtfully tailored to each student’s unique needs and intentions. Whether you are a complete beginner, recovering from an injury, seeking more balance and relaxation, or wanting to deepen your practice, each session is adapted to meet you exactly where you are. I love holding a safe and nurturing space where you can reconnect with your body, cultivate inner awareness and support your overall wellbeing.

My yoga lessons are designed to support you in creating a practice that feels personal, nurturing and deeply connected. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to your experience, physical needs and intentions, whether you are seeking greater strength, flexibility, mobility, relaxation or a deeper sense of inner balance and mindfulness. I welcome complete beginners, experienced practitioners and those moving through physical challenges or personal healing journeys. Through mindful movement, breath awareness and compassionate guidance, I create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with your body, listen inward and cultivate a deeper sense of wellbeing.
